We do not provide international shipping services; we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

There isn't a uniform standard for this. It depends on the distance from the Amazon warehouse to your location. If the distance is considerable, it may take longer, whereas if the warehouse is closer to you, it will take less time. Generally, it shouldn't exceed 7 days at most.

After visiting the ChicHaven website, you can select the items you need. On the product details page, you can find detailed information about the product. If the product meets your requirements, you can click "Add to cart" to add it to your shopping cart. If you haven't registered an account, you'll need to do so. Then, you can proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can visit the account page and view or modify your order through the order option. If the order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need an account to place an order. This is primarily for your convenience in managing orders and tracking the logistics information of your order. Additionally, we will not send you any advertising or promotional emails, nor will we disclose any of your personal information.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can find the order option on your account page. If the items you purchased have been shipped, a Tracking No. will be displayed. Simply click on the Tracking No. link to view the detailed logistics information for this order.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you receive the goods and are not satisfied within 7 days, you can choose to return them. The return address is our shipping address, and we will cover the return shipping fee. Upon receiving the goods, we will refund the order amount to you.
